A Success Story consists of how you or your organization has used the SurveyTracker software to gather feedback. It can be as simple as the follow-up procedures you employed based on the responses SurveyTracker helped you gather or it can contain details such as the population surveyed, the number of people surveyed, the types of reports generated, and so forth. It need not contain all these details if such information is confidential but it should supply enough detail so that others understand the basics of your project.

If your success story is used (see below for details) you will have be entered into a drawing to win a free prize.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Training Technologies, Inc. (TTI) reserves the right to use the Success Stories information provided on the Web Site. TTI also reserves the right to modify the information for proper grammar, spelling, and other corrections as seen fit. If Success Stories are accepted, they will be placed on the TTI Web Site and may be viewed by visitors to the site. If the content of a Success Story is deemed inappropriate for whatever reason, it will not be used and you may or may not be notified. If a Success Story is sent a second time, the duplicate will be discarded (unless submitter notifies TTI that the second item contains updated or amended information).

If TTI uses the Success Story, a representative of TTI will contact the submitter. Every submission containing accurate, original information and appropriate contact information will be entered in a drawing for a free gift or SurveyTracker Module of their choosing. If submitter selects the module, TTI will contact submitter to determine which module is needed. The Module will be mailed to submitter's place of business. The gift offer is based on a random drawing of names. TTI will determine the details of the free gift offer.

Only Success Stories from Training Technologies, Inc. customers will be accepted.
